Children from Calais to be given Leave to Remain

The Home Office also added that none of the children would now be deported when they reached the age of 18.

On the surface this appears a positive step, but it does nothing to address some of the underlying issues that have left hundreds of vulnerable children at the mercy of traffickers in Europe.
