New Briefing on Healthcare Charges

New rules, known as the ‘The NHS (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Amendment) Regulations 2017’ came into force on 23 October 2017. These regulations extend charging into community healthcare services, including services delivered by NHS providers and charities and social enterprises under contract to the NHS.
